About me
I’m Indy Agnihotri — a Chartered Accountant, trained coach, and someone who believes money should be a tool that supports your life, not a source of stress.
For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in finance — from the fast pace of the City to senior roles in charities and social enterprises. I’ve seen first-hand how money can empower and create freedom, but also how it can overwhelm, distract, and hold people back. I know the pressure of running a business, the weight of making the right decisions, and the uncertainty that comes when the numbers don’t tell a clear story. I’ve been there myself.
That experience shaped the way I now work. My approach blends three essential elements:
Financial expertise — decades of accounting and leadership experience mean I can translate complex numbers into simple insights that give you clarity and control.
Coaching — I use powerful coaching techniques to help you step back, see the bigger picture, and make decisions with confidence. It’s not just about the numbers — it’s about aligning those numbers with your goals, values, and vision.
Empathy — as a trained therapist and Samaritans volunteer, I bring a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental presence to every conversation. Clients often tell me they feel heard, supported, and lighter after we talk.
What makes my work different is this combination of rigour and humanity. I don’t just “fix the numbers” — I help you reconnect your finances with your life. That might mean creating a growth plan for your business, finding a way through financial stress, or simply building the confidence to make money decisions that feel aligned and freeing.
Whether you’re an independent business owner trying to grow with less stress, or someone who just wants to feel more in control of your financial life, I’m here to be your thinking partner. Together, we’ll bring clarity to your numbers, strategy to your decisions, and peace of mind to your next steps.
Because when money supports your vision — instead of running it — you get the freedom to focus on what really matters.
